I Conducted my first Modern Energy Tapping Workshop on Saturday for this year. I was down with vomiting and fever two days before and was concerned I could not recover in time but after intense tapping, I recovered very quickly without progression to cough. I was able to conduct the workshop with lots of water and lozenges in between. Their testimonies attest to the power of energy tapping. This is a bigger group of 7 participants. Some are professional healers in Reiki, yoga practitioners, and others to find healing and manage stress. They loved the energy exercises and were keen students. I demonstrated a therapy session for one of them and she had a plus 10 experience and a threshold shift in how she felt about her 'fibromyalgia pain' often triggered by stress. She experience a change in her feelings, thoughts, and actions as she said she no longer feels helpless, she said she now deserves to be happy and she will incorporate daily tapping to be healthier and energised! Hooray! For energy tapping. It was a small but appreciative group of participants. It was a concerned doctor who initiate this for his friends who were having stress issues. He was impressed by my testimony of how I used EFT to recover from anxiety disorder and in his own words my 'unusual energy'. During the workshop he said, Now I know how you got your energy! All of them had a +10 threshold shift. Two had healing events just from the energy holiday exercise where they were able to reconcile with death and grief in the place they visited energetically. I feel my muscle tightness as well it could be my stress which I did not realise, after the one day course, my body is a lot better. I will try to practice more to get better results. This is my second online EEFT training. I am happy with the number of participants 6 in all as the first time I did online I only had 3. I am getting used to the different tools and how to get the best out of online classes using chat to get their responses and SUE's. There were hardly any hiccups. Wonderful responsive students and the energy was very good. All of them got to experience +10 at least twice. Their feedback is: 'The trainer was good and I can feel the changes and it will surely help me in the future. Thank you' 'This is the empowerment course for me at the right time when I need it most.' ENERGY EFT FOUNDATION 26TH &27TH MARCH 2021 During the Modern EFT Foundation workshop, I have learned a lot from my instructor Isaac Lim. Isaac gives a clear explanation to the tapping techniques, answers all my questions clearly, and most importantly provides practical tapping demonstration during the training. Undeniably only a highly experienced instructor like Isaac in Energy EFT can deliver this result. In the workshop, I have learned the different energy tapping for myself, learn to tap for clients, how to manage clients during an EFT session which is an eye-opening experience for me, and the most useful thing I learn is how to manage my day to day stress-energy levels. Now after completing this workshop I felt very confident to handle my daily stress and also gives me a good foundation to proceed to the more advanced practitioner level training.
